Dagdag pa ni Baguilat, ang Angat Buhay NGO ay pinaplano pa lamang na ilunsad ni outgoing Vice President Leni Robredo upang palawigin pa ang bolunterismo na kanyang namalas noong kanyang termino at kampanya. Naglalayon daw nitong maipatupad ang mga programang pangkaunlaran para sa bansa.
