There is no confirmation from the Comelec that Marikina Mayor Marcy Teodoro is disqualified from running for congressman.
Last December 2024, the Comelec First Division granted a petition to cancel his certificate of candidacy for the district he intends to represent. But there was no final and executory decision from the Comelec en banc on the matter.
