A spliced video on YouTube has made it look like Manila Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso was belittling and making fun of Vice President Leni Robredo. This never happened.

Posted on Jan. 15, the video sourced the slips from two unrelated videos. One was a live recording of Moreno monitoring the Luneta drive-thru booster vaccination caravan on Jan.14. The other was Robredo’s Oct.23 video thanking supporters of her nationwide caravan called ” Caravan of Hope.”

Both Moreno and Robredo are running for president.
